Twelve on Albert, Beechworth - Rooms

Positive: We loved our stay at 12 on Albert as it was easy walking to the main area and eateries etc. Our unit was very spacious and clean and the bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Would highly recommend it. Positive: Just so lovely and quirky. Comfortable and cosy with the lovely fire place in the lounger area. Negative: That we did’t stay longer!

The room was nicely decorated, cosy and comfortable but the standard of cleaning let this property d Positive: The room was decorated nicely and had a cosy feel about it. The bed was large and very comfortable. Negative: My room No. 3 was on the side of a busy road so we experienced lots of road noise during our stay. The fridge which was inside a wardrobe made a humming noise on and off during the night. I was showering in the morning and the shower went from hot to cold without any warning. The cleanliness of the room was not what I expected eg the back of the TV was covered with a layer of dust, the blinds in the bathroom were not clean, a coaster I used to put my coffee on had not been cleaned from the last person using the room.

Positive: Great location and comfortable. Negative: Didn't meet any staff, so I can't comment.
