While not wishing to be overly “picky”, for the money this property is not comparable with other places in the price ran Positive: Convenient to town. Under cover parking. Negative: The room was small, had only one chair in a double room and had no desk or table for writing, etc. While the property has a large common area, the room really was not suitable for the price. Also, the water supply to the shower was over sensitive and the shower head not quality.

Would like to stay longer. Positive: Location was great - easy walk to town. The common area was great to meet up with our travel companions staying in a separate room. Negative: Booking.com offering a range of check in times that are not applicable for this site. I picked the wrong one, generating unnecessary communications with the accomodation to clarify. So a booking.com issue, NOT an accomodation issue.

Comfortable, warm atmosphere with a unique charm. Positive: Comfortable, warm with a unique charm. The common area had a wonderful atmosphere with the lit fireplace. The rooms were clean with very comfortable bedding/pillows.

Disappointed Positive: We were disappointed. The vibe was unfriendly and dare not call for assistance on the after hours number , the reception we got was extremely rude when we called for assistance. Because of this and the amenities in the room we will not be back nor would we recommend this place . It has so muck potential but is let down by poor customer service
